A violation of law is an act that infringes upon social relations regulated and protected by. An act is an external human behavior that manifests through certain active actions (commission) or through the failure to perform certain actions or duties (omission). Human thoughts, beliefs, views, and moods, even if negatively evaluated from the perspective of ideology or morality, cannot be considered legal violations as long as they are not externally manifested.
All legal violations are divided into four independent types:
- Crimes,
- Administrative violations,
- Disciplinary offenses,
- Civil delicts.
For each of these violations, the persons responsible are subject to the corresponding type of legal liability – criminal, administrative, disciplinary, or civil.
Individuals who commit administrative violations are subject to administrative liability.
