Address of registration of legal entities

Providing the address of registration in Lithuania

A company registration address is mandatory for legal entities. The legal entity’s registered office (address) must be indicated in the Register of Legal Entities. We provide a registration (office) address for your newly established or already operating company.

The registered office of a legal entity is considered the place where its permanent management body is located. The registered office is specified by indicating the address of the premises where the office is situated.

If the registered office indicated in the Register of Legal Entities, the founding documents, or an agreement does not match the actual location of the permanent management body, third parties have the right to consider the actual location of the management body as the registered office. A legal entity that changes its registered office must also amend its founding documents accordingly and register them.

We offer a virtual registration (office) address for a newly established or already operating company. For an unlimited period – 90 EUR.
